Early exposure through programs, like 4-H and FFA, may spark interest in Iowa youth to join the poultry industry. Cameron surveyed statewide 4-H youth coordinators to identify poultry programming needs. Results identified a statewide need for poultry programming and support for a virtual specific interest (SPIN) club.
