Hydrogenation Effects of Palm Kernel, Palm, and Soybean Oils on Energy Digestibility when Fed to Growing Pigs

The objective for this research was to determine the lipid-energy digestibility of  three lipids commonly used in the human food industry; palm kernel oil, palm oil, and soybean oil and how hydrogenation affects their digestibility in growing pigs. Utilization of these lipids would reduce waste across industry sectors.
